Business Terms of Use
These terms govern the service relationship between the Gustola operator and the restaurant represented by the account holder.
1. Accounts, representatives and branches
You must be authorized to act for the restaurant, provide accurate business and contact information, and maintain access security. Each account holder is responsible for authorized actions, branch details and prompt reporting of unauthorized access. Do not share credentials.
2. Content, menus, prices and campaigns
The business is responsible for menu items, categories, ingredients, allergens, prices in each currency, taxes, extra charges, opening hours, stock and campaign dates/conditions. Automatic currency calculations are suggestions requiring review. Publish only lawful content and images you have permission to use. You grant Gustola the limited permission necessary to host, process and display that content to provide the service; ownership stays with you.
3. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Any paid plan must separately disclose its scope, price, tax, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms before purchase. No subscription or payment obligation is created merely by these terms. Plan changes, invoicing and cancellation follow the accepted order and mandatory law. Gustola does not collect restaurant diners' payments through the menu cart.
4. Responsibilities, suspension and termination
Gustola may restrict unlawful content, security abuse or material contractual breaches proportionately; where practicable the business is notified and can remedy the issue. You may request account closure and available data export via the contact below. Legally required records and records needed for claims may remain for the necessary period; other data is deleted or anonymized under the retention process. Mandatory liability rules are not excluded.
5. Versions, notifications and disputes
The accepted terms version, notice versions, acceptance time, account/business identifier and language are recorded separately from anonymous visitor statistics. Important changes may be notified to the registered email before taking effect; new acceptance may be requested where needed. Turkish law applies subject to mandatory rules and jurisdiction.
