Terms of Use
These general terms govern use of Gustola by visitors. Business account holders also use the separate Business Terms.
1. Service and permitted use
Gustola displays restaurant menus, prices, campaigns, opening hours and contact links. Browse lawfully, respect other users and do not misuse the service. Do not bypass security, introduce malicious software, copy protected material without permission, or overload the service. Business accounts require an authorized adult representative.
2. Restaurant information and intellectual property
Restaurants provide their own information and retain responsibility for its accuracy, allergens, availability and rights to uploaded media. Confirm dietary requirements and final prices with the restaurant. Gustola branding and software are protected; browsing does not transfer ownership or reproduction rights.
3. Third-party services
Maps, social networks, phone and messaging links open independent services with their own terms and privacy practices. The displayed cart or bill-splitting tool is an estimate, not a payment or reservation confirmation.
4. Availability, responsibility and changes
Maintenance and changes may affect availability. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain protected. Revised terms carry a new version and date; material changes affecting business accounts may be communicated to their registered email.
5. Applicable law and contact
Turkish law applies without removing mandatory protections or legally competent courts available to users. Contact the operator below for service questions, rights concerns or unlawful content reports.
